THE NORTHERN SOUL RECALL SHOW ... Steve Riley is our resident Northern Soul buff. He grew up in Manchester, a few miles from the now legendary Twisted Wheel club, one of the venues where the music scene we call Northern Soul first took shape. Steve is a lifelong fan of the music.
